After a mess up by bicester outlet and online I went here in need of help. Siobhan was helpful from the start and did everything she could to help me. We have Holly look after us in store and she was wonderful she re measured and fitted my 3 children's shoes she was lovely she knew all about the product and did a great job. I will not go anywhere else again thank you
Staff here are always attentive whether you're browsing or buying. Today I bought a pair of mens boots and boys wellies, the quality is visible, Clarks still going strong.
Every year at this time I go to Clarks to get my children's school shoes, for last 3 years running I've left disappointed because they were out of stock. You'd think with power of data these days, they'd figure out demand. That's said staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be under circumstances.
Very efficient and professional service. Safe and social distancing observed at all times. Impressed!
Wow.. Outstanding experience charlotte the shop assistant gave me her undivided attention for an hour !!! It was a fantastic experience and so friendly and I bought two pairs of beautiful shoes that feel like I'm wearing Ricaro leather from a sports car wrapped round my feet !! I will always buy quality in the future and both members of staff although young were very knowledgeable and helpful in my purchases !!
