Took a pair of shoes back my husband had only worn once, they were letting water in, when he took them off his socks were wet. The person i spoke to checked the shoe and said she couldn't find any splits on the shoe. Then a younger girl came over and told me they don't guarantee that their shoes are waterproof. Well that was no help to me, they refused me an exchange or refund, so i had to take the shoes home. I told them i will not be buying from their shop again. Very poor service received! They made me look as if i was telling lies!!! Disgraceful service, steer clear!!

This place isn't great at all especially on customer service! There is only one nice young girl who is unfortunately told us she was leaving which I fully understand why! I'm a regular customer and can see what she is put through on a weekly basis. She is the only reason I didn't mind coming into this shop but I don't think I will be returning now as all the others don't care about their customers only talking to each other as it seems. I'm glad the young one is getting out, I happened to over hear one of the older workers there saying she was childish going home crying over that place however every time I saw her she always was happy to help me and my children as one of them has autism so is very hard to shop with but this young girl goes beyond helping to make it easier for my child and me even if she had other jobs she'd always find a way to make customers come first which it should be however this is not the case for all of the other workers! Maybe they should take something from this girl and go out their way to also help customers especially now she's leaving! I never managed to ask the girl her name but I wish her all the best in the future and I hope shoe zone are appreciative and can see from my review that she did brilliantly and gets some recognition thank you!
