With everything going on in the world now, my suit was not something I had to worry about. I got married 23rd October 2020 it might not have been the wedding we planned but in the end I wouldn't have changed anything. Including groomers and family we bought a total of 8 suits I ordered the my suit in February 2020 to test for size. This was delayed due to the initial lockdown. The office kept me informed of process. Was not too worried as suit was purchased well in advance. I was really happy when it arrived but I did have a couple of alterations made (skinny the trousers and shorten length) seamstress commented on material quality. ordered the next 7 soon after. Everyone was really pleased with the suit and commented on quality. Would highly recommend the suit
Received my suit yesterday and it is exactly as I hoped. Perfect material and fit. Delivered within a fortnight - will order from them again. Five star. I was a bit concerned that there were none of the usual updates and acknowledgements of the order, but maybe they’re just busy making suits! Thank you Empire outlet .
I ordered 4 items, all of which are of very low quality - the material and the tailoring (certainly not hand made). The items came shipped directly from China, which is not stated anywhere on their website, their company has a registered UK address.
The items came crumpled in plastic bags and the invoice is wildly incorrect. I have attempted to contact Empire Outlet via their available channels but have not had a reply.
I was also sent a payable invoice from FedEx for this order to pay the import tax - again this was not stated anywhere on the website.
Luckily had all my money returned as they didn't even respond to the PayPal case I created.
Disgusting ethics.
Paid £220 for a suit, never arrived. Order status never changed. The contact us part of their website is just an email, to which I have sent 2 emails and still after weeks not received a reply. Basically just a scam! The suits are made in china as well, do not be fooled thinking this is a UK company. It's a front! I have spoke with many people in the same boat! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You will loose your money!

Love my windowpane suit. I already had a grey herringbone from Empire and it fit well out of the box so I went with a lighter weight suit this time.. I only wish I had more places and times to wear it now! Compliments from everyone every time I do!
