We've now been here on a few occasions, although just moving to the area start of September and I am happy with the service provided. I've dealt with 2 separate vets so far and while they were both good, I preferred Lily Booton as it felt she gave me a bit more time to explain the situation and we had a good conversation where she listened to what I had to say about my cat's symptoms and my concerns.
My cat died as a result of their mistake. I'm absolutely devastated and would not recommend ever. My heart is broken.
Well recommend place to take your pet. My cat is well look after there. Nice people, very professional.
The Covid measures are too extreme. We couldn't go to see the vet with our scared cat, instead we had to stay in a cold car the whole time and our appointment was 30 minutes late. The phone converstation with the vet wasn't clear and difficult to understand. Friendly staff though.
Always a pleasure to come with our 2 boys! Marley and Leo are very anxious dogs when it comes to going to the vets and they always go that extra mile to try and calm them down! Never had a problem coming here!
