I am 19 and my partner is 17 we have been homeless for 4 months after our home burned down and we have pretty much been abandoned by these people and never had such a difficult experience they don't stick to what they say constant contradictions and a very argumentative and unprofessional attitude. It is against the law for any council in Britain to leave any under 18 without accommodation. this is a matter of urgency and our situation has been treated with utter lack of care and duty. These people don't do they're jobs

Lies, false hopes, portentous and talked to like a 3 year old. Nobody communicates there...

Mendip Counci has been very good in the Covid 19 crisis in sending information about how to get support and help and a booklet on coping.

Never known a bunch of more incompetent people... Each person has they're own rules, don't know how to do their jobs properly. Disgusting company. Run by apes.

Mendip Council won't sweep our streets, or sustain a proper public loo service, because of "cuts", yet if you walk near their offices, you shall see a whole new huge addition being constructed, presumably from council tax payers' "voluntary contributions" As for their planning dept, the least said about that, the better. I shall say though, that there seems to be some extraordinary decisions taken to allow Solar farms, individual houses, and Legoland estates to be built, where it's most inappropriate, and totally against the wishes of the local community.
