Great vetinary service. Been customer for over 10 yrs. Sue knows her stuff.
We're not registered with this vet but we rang out of hours after discovering our puppy had eaten his body weight in food! The owner was incredibly kind, calm and caring and suggested we come down to see her. She gave incredible care and professionalism, we felt in very safe hands. Would thoroughly recommend.
I have a number of complaints about this vet which are unresolved. Not uncommon if you do your research online. I am still owed money due to unprocessed insurance claims AND I am waiting for my pet's records to be forwarded to the new vet. The business is unorganised and has caused me a lot of anxiety as I often had to wait for medication for my dog who needs this daily. Not good at all.
Sue and her lovely staff and great reception Anthony are fabulous with my 4 animals always a pleasure to know there VERY looked after
