Always been impressed by Cogges, the care they showed to my dogs was amazing. Attended this evening and through a window with them unaware I witnessed a vet and two nurses scragging my dog up, muzzling him, something he has never in all his six years never worn and never will again in order to treat him. I handed my dog over because I trusted you, my mistake, one I will not make again, I wouldn’t leave you in charge of a pot plant and I dread the next time I have to take him in to see whichever vet I now go to.
So so disappointed.
Brilliant experience! Brought my 9 week old puppy here and they answered all of my questions and gave my brilliant advice. Highly recommended!
Great place to take any pet. Staff are very helpful, polite and feel as though they will do their best to assist in any difficulties you have.... Be it either training a pet, feeding, whatever the reason. Nice friendly atmosphere for a vets 👍
Absolutely brilliant Vets. Every member of staff I have had contact with has been genuinely caring and kind. My cat has been in many scrapes and they have been brilliant at seeing us in emergencies and patching her up accordingly. Routine treatments have been great too. I highly recommend this practice to all my friends.
I have been thoroughly impressed by Cogges, especially over the course of this pandemic! Whenever I've had worries about my kittens, I've been able to call them or email them. They are also great at posting updates on their Facebook page to let us know what's happening.
I'm on a pet plan with them and every month I get a text that my kittens are due their flea and worming. When I go to pick it up, I can do so from a dispensary window on the side of the building which feels very safe.
I've recently had two friends take their kittens to different vets for neutering. While my kittens came home from Cogges without a cone in great spirits, scampering around and worrying me that they might pull a stitch while playing, my friends' cats have been very sleepy and unhappy.
I happily recommend Cogges to anyone in the Witney area!
