To all renters: Avoid this company. By far the worst experience of renting I’ve ever had. I was left with intermittent hot water over an 18 month period. They are either slow or totally unresponsive when it comes to dealing with maintenance issues and very rude and unpleasant to deal with over the phone. Also had big issues with the return of my deposit. They had to be excessively chased before they responded to the deposit return request. I left the property in an immaculate state and was charged an extortionate amount for cleaning. Currently disputing this with them and am being totally ignored. There are plenty of reasonable landlords and management companies in the area, so I’d urge any prospective renters to avoid these crooks.

The worst ever! I book a viewing with them and they didn't put me on the system I left my job to be on time, I'm a nurse and they don't even appreciate that , they said oh you can leave your job another day so you can see the property. Very bad attitude and completely unprofessional

As a retired property manager myself of 35 year I'm fussy when it comes to handing over my properties to an agency. By being smaller Hutton Parker have provided a more tailored service to meet the specific needs of my properties, some of which are let on a room to room basis. Very few agencies in the area understand the complexities required to manage these type of properties. The staff are always polite and efficient at addressing any problems that occur and I am more than pleased with the service I received.

If Hutton Parker has only 2.7 in the reviews is because something. In my case, I left the flat one month before the end of the tenancy and I found two people for my room and after this month, another person will be in the room of my flatmate (I found 3 people). Even the landlord agreed and it was allow in the contract, they refused them because they said that they didn´t pass the references (probably because they earn money it they find the people). They said that they were not going to accept this even before they got the references. These 3 people were living in Oxford, paying their rents. The rent was less than 1000 pounds, easely to pay for 3 working people living in Oxford. Finally I had to pay the rent of this month. This was not enough for them. When we left, they tried to charge us 280 pounds for refurbish one room, things that wasn´t on the inventory and an amount of money for gas and electricity that they never paid us before. Also, if it is for paying, they answer the emails quite quickly, for the deposit they delayed 25 days to answer the email, and then cross emails that always delay to answer 3-4 days. I can continue with the ways that they tryed to keep the maximun amount of our deposit. We raised a dispute in Mydeposit to get the money back. I don´t recomend at all this company.

Being a landlord for many years and came across many estate agencies in Oxford, I am confident to say that Hutton Parker is the best agency Having a great database they always able to find good tenants for the required dates and my properties are never empty Hutton Parker has a great maintenance team and this is one of the reasons that their full management is no headache for the landlord and all the properties are very well looked after (very beneficial for the tenants as well) From my experience many estate agencies in Oxford tend to overcharge landlords and THIS IS NOT the case with Hutton Parker I feel a real difference with them as THE ONLY JOB which is required for the property is carried on Very pleased with Hutton Parker services, use only them for my properties and highly recommend them
