Very helpful reception staff. Plenty of bike stands. Good central location close to bus stops for the city & parkride.

The combination of oxford county council and Oxford city council being able to blame each other leads to a dangerous congested city, with woeful cycle infrastructure, and money being wasted.

Oxfordshire Countryside Service's maintenance of public footpaths is great if you like fighting your way through nettles. Obviously they can't mow them all in a short space of time when all the growth happens, but it wouldn't take a genius to mow the paths to their full legal width (which is generally at least a metre) during the winter in preparedness, so that when the weeds start growing there is still space to get through.

Oxfordshire County Council provides a wide range of services, including education (schools, libraries and youth services), social services, highway maintenance, waste disposal, emergency planning, consumer protection and town and country planning for matters to do with minerals, waste, highways and education. This makes it one of the largest employers in Oxfordshire, with an annual budget of £899 million in 2013–14. The council currently consists of sixty-three county councilors and no party has no overall control. The Conservative Party, has thirty-one members, with fourteen Labour, thirteen Liberal Democrats, four Independents and one Henley Residents Group member.

Horrified that 5 months after applying for a disabled parking permit I still haven't been issued with one. Why is Oxfordshire so behind the rest of the country?
