I had a problem with my front door lock for a PVC door. I called and explained this issue. Everyone else I called was to charge a call-out fee, where as BMA varsity told me how to take the problem part out (over email) and bring the part into shop for a considerable better service.
Problem with a lock? These guys will sort it out. Very knowledgeable,,a good product range and reasonable prices. We have also caused to use their callout service. Brilliant.
They were amazing, really quick had a second set of keys done for my car with remote locking in 30 mins. Really friendly & trustworthy. Thank you!
Phoned the shop to ask if they had what i needed in stock. Of course they did, looks like they stock everything to do with locks. The shop was closed but they opened it up, just to sell me the one thing that that I needed to get me out of trouble. Thanks guys 👍

Fast efficient service which got me back into my house after I’d locked myself out with keys still in the lock inside. Done without any damage to door or lock within 20 minutes of my initial panic struck phone call. Reassuring, kind and polite personnel. (Richard Locke) What more could I have wanted?
