After getting a little faster at running over the last 6 years or so, I decided that I wanted to push myself harder and run a sub 2 hour half marathon and decided I needed a bit of expert 1:1 training to help me.
I found Maddy through the great reviews she had on Facebook and enlisted her help. From the beginning she was the perfect mixture of empathic and encouraging and also determined I could do more than I thought I could and pushing me to reach my goal, which I did on Sunday!
Maddy offers 1:1 sessions outside, which is obviously ideal given the current situation. I'm sure we're all aware by now that exercise is fantastic for our mental health but sometimes you need someone to make you a plan, to be accountable to and to keep you on track.
Maddy is kind and fun, making sure you achieve what you want to.

I have been training with Maddy for over two months now and I'm feeling and seeing a huge difference with my shape strength and general fitness levels. Maddy always explains what we are doing and why we are doing a certain exercise. My training sessions are fun and I love the support and encouragment she gives me. I truly look forward to each session.
Along side training I have been given help and advice with nutrition
I would highly reccomend Energise PT. to anyone at any fitness level.
