Fantastic for gents hair (that's all I can comment on - I've not been in for a colour or perm). Everyone's lovely there, and they've usually got a free space right when I need it.

As a long standing customer my husband bought a set of GHD straighteners (£155.00) as a gift. They are refusing to offer any sort of refund, credit note or good will gesture. Apparently it is against their policy to ever offer good will even though they never informed us that this is the case. My husband would never have risked buying a gift item that came with a no returns policy.
