Went for a wheel alignment without an appointment and they did it anyway! Both of the young lads working there were super friendly and gave me good advice on my Civic while fixing it. Outstanding customer service - give those guys a raise! Can't recommend enough. :)

Very quick service and good quality had my ford focus tracking and three tyres and had it all done in less than an hour great service and will be using again.

On 27th december i wanted to change or repair my flat tyre. I spotted that Kwik Fit is open so i go there. They was fully booked so I have option to wait another day or try my luck in tyre city. I go to tyre city and they said that my car may be next one and will be ready in about 1,5 hour. I picked not the cheapest tyres. I come back and i have been told that there is a problem. Garage change damaged tyre only because they are out of stock. They said rest Three will be next day, since 11. So it’s first unprofessional thing ( they should inform me first - Maybe i will pick different set of tyres or wait). Next day i arrived at 11 and i have been told that is delay in delivery due to Bank Holiday. Ok it’s No problem it Could happened. I call them later to check that my tyres is arrived and i have been told to came after 3.30pm. When I was there i spotted very unhappy customers (probably father with daughter) but i dont know details. Three tyres has been change, When i was due to pay i spotted price to pay nearly 340 pound where day before i Paid for one tyre around 73 pound. I said from where come from this price. They want to charge me alligment which hasnt been done nearly 50 quid but still to much. 3 x 73 = 219 and so much I agreed to pay. For alligment i had to book next day. At home i spotted that 3 new tyres is little bit diffrent than 1 previous one. I try contact customer service but was after 5pm and online booking team advice speak with garage manager first. Next day When i came for alligment i asked for whole situation. Only thing which i have been offered was take off tyres and full refund without putting old tyres. JOKE ????? I will never come back to this garage.
