Yeovil Accident Repair have outstanding Customer Service. They went above and beyond to help us with the repair to the damage on our Tesla. I can't recommend this company highly enough, not only for a great customer experience but also the high quality of their workmanship. Very happy customer!

Oh dear, simple job turned into a nightmare with delays. They ordered a carpet for a left hand drive vehicle when my vehicle is right hand drive. Then Yeovil Accident Repair claimed it was the fault of the dealer who supposedly sent the wrong one. Yeovil Accident Repair (YAR) didn't think to check that the correct item had been delivered until they came to fit it. They then said there were no carpets for right hand drive vehicles in the UK. After weeks of waiting, I called the main dealer to find that there were plenty of carpets in the UK. The carpet finally arrived the day after I informed my insurers that there were carpets for right hand drive vehicles available in the UK and it was finally installed 4 weeks after they first had the vehicle. Not only that, but they told me the car was ready for my inspection before fitting the carpet and when I went to inspect it the spillage had not been cleaned properly at all. It is lucky I insisted on inspecting the vehicle first or they would have fitted the carpet over the spillage and the smell would have returned. Also, Mr John Jenkins, of Aviva told them to remove the sound deadening panel that YAR had fitted and to replace it with a genuine part from the manufacturer, not some cheap similar part. Having spoken to Dawn at YAR today, following their comment on my review, they confirmed that they did not clean the spliiage properly first time and theat they used non genuine Kia parts for the repair until they were told to replace them by Aviva, so it is not true for the, to say that they did nothing wrong and to only blame TW White who supplied the wrong carpet. For example YAR also admitted that they were wrong to not inspect the part that had been sent by TW White when it arrived, which would have allowed YAR to source a replacement whilst they were cleaning the spillage. Review rating reduced from 2 stars to 1 star because they effectively called me a liar and did not accept responsibility for their multiple failings. I have now been promised a letter of apology from them.

I took my Rally car onto them as a first as my normal preferred center was closed due to cv19. Suffice to say the service was fantastic and the result was even better, amazing quality of work which will now set me up for the show season. I now have a new preferred garage for all my respray needs . Thankyou.

Very pleased they handled everything quickly the guy who looked at my car said I shouldn't be driving it, asked if I was paying or going through insurance, lady came out took my insurance claim paperwork, they were going to arrange a hire car for me but said it was already booked for when my car went in for repair, the car was being delivered from Poole she got on the phone to enterprise car hire and got the hire transfered to Yeovil Really pleased
