I phoned up because I was having problems with my BMW 1 series. Unfortunately their diary was fully booked and neither could I leave my car there for a long period of time. But the lady I spoke to over the phone was extremely lovely and helpful, she gave me some advice to keep my car going until I was able to get it into a garage. Thank you very much for your help.
