Lady serving must of been new as wrong size of boot brought down first and when asked about recept discount she had to ask. Her customer service though was very good. Got a pair of boots as a summer weight as back up for my main pair.

Wow what excellent service I received 18/01/2020 from the staff @ Bridgwater (Millets) Branch, Being disabled needing special insoles fitted to my shoes the staff whent wayout of their way to make sure that the insoles fitted the walking shoes that I purchased were a perfect & comfortable fit. I definitely recommend the Bridgwater (Millets) Branch.

Amazing customer service from David and the staff that helped me out in my tent emergency miles from home. A credit to the company...which is a hell of a lot more than the customer ‘care’ line. Never get through, get disconnected. They need to step up their game as it’s not helping their customers or more importantly their excellent, accommodating staff. Thanks again Millets Bridgwater.
