This is very generous 2 stars, because the items I ordered were in one piece. However, having ordered xmas presents, with an adverised 2/3 day delivery, ordered a week before the date, you certainly expect they wouldn't then be posted 2ND CLASS (!!??!) And arriving on the 31st dec! Stick to bigger reputable retailers. Avoid.
