Visited store today. Young lady behind counter was writing on a package..fair enough...didn’t acknowledge me, no I’ll be with you in a minute, didn’t even look my way even tho I was stood in front of her. Finished writing whilst I waited then walked to other end of counter and started doing something else. Still no acknowledgement, so I took my money popped up the road to Beatles, got served by a nice young lady and purchased my £80 perfume. Perfume shop totally lacking in customer service.
I love the perfume shop, so many to choose from, however the staff can get huffy if you keep changing your mind
