I went here with my husband to have a look at men's clothing and shoes. There was hand sanitiser at the door and they had a one way system in place. We were able to try some shoes on and whatever we didn't like they took them off the shelf. Staff was nice and quick. Pleasant shop.

OMG!!! This store has beautiful clothes and accessories at reasonable prices. Some can be quite pricey but with there sale on it's worth having a look

Always loved river island and still love the clothes. Not impressed with the service of the staff. My 19 year old daughter always says how uncomfortable she feels in there and no one speaks or even smiles at her. Every customer is important no matter what age they are. I’ve never really had a problem until yesterday. I was looking around and had just been in the changing rooms, was considering buying one of your tops. When I came out the three female sales assistants were talking amongst themselves and trying on a coat and a hat. Not even paying any of the customers any attention. I was shocked at there behaviour and I think River Island should be one of the highest in customer service. Not impressed and it did put me of buying the item.
