Tom did a marvellous job fixing my sciatic nerve pain. Personally tailored exercise regime adapted for progress at each fortnightly session. Now 5 months on but back to full fitness. Many thanks to him and to the whole Flex Physio setup for easy booking etc.

Frankie has not only 'sorted' my back problems of 2 years, but has also corrected a problem with my feet which has baffled doctors for some 12 years. Very capable, knowledgeable and understanding. I can't thank him enough.

I had been injured for 5 months i saw Tom who was excellent he gave me a plan to work to which worked well for me. I would highly recommend Tom he was very knowledgeable, friendly and got me back running within 3 months.
