Croft Holiday Park

Stayed in a caravan that my step son has sited at Croft Holiday Park. Shower and toilet block disappointing needed a good clean. In fact saw the cleaners arrive 6 mins later left so only mopped the floor. Good job I travel with bleach. God help people stay with COVID at this camp site.

Lovely holiday park friendly staff clean and tidy

The kids are not allowed to do anything here and the some of the residents here quite clearly don't like children and make false complaints. I would not recommend this place for a family holiday

Haven't been there for 14 months.

Think twice about purchasing a caravan here!!! A few years in now and it’s such a mistake! The customer service from the owners is shocking. Basically they are seldom wrong. We have raised a few complaints over the past few years but none of them have been resolved satisfactory. Just a few: 1,A big selling point was free WiFi around the park - doesn’t work! 2,Hand over nothing was explained tidy and the first six months we didn’t have a smoke alarm! 3, No water or very low pressure, resolve after 2 seasons of complaining. 4,Grass areas are always water logged due to poor drainage. 5,Roads and pathways are all cracked causing so many trip hazards. 6, The children’s park is so poor, recently did the upgrade that we were told about when purchasing but still very basic. 7,The Charlie’s venue really is not aimed at caravan owners and more of a restaurant to bring guest in externally to use. It’s really not that welcoming on times you go down there and it is what it is a restaurant not a place where you can go there with friends on site and have a good chat. 8, Late sending the billing paperwork out so classed as a late payment! 9. Fees are about £4300 per year but I reality it’s not worth it in comparison to other sites in the area. 10, No warnings of any kind issued to us as customers but we have complained on a few occasions. But after a recent email complaint we emailed in this weekend I got a call late at around 11pm and was told, get you van of we don’t want you! This is after us spending £45k 3 years ago on a van that we now have to try and either relocate or sell at a loss! So if you haven’t purchased yet think twice If your are a customer and thinking about complaining think again as they don’t like it and will simply tell you to get off!!
