A great experience - Simon, the manager could not have been more helpful, and allowed us to leave a couple of cases in the office for security while we met friends in the town for a couple of hours before the rental started. Excellent, clean low mileage car and easy check in. As far as I could see, Hertz is the only rental company at the station, so very convenient if you are coming by train from London or elsewhere. Highly recommended !
I gave 5 star to the gentleman who works in the office. Very friendly , helpful and professional. If I need another hire car , this office would be definitely my first choice.
Excellent service. Super convenient right next to the station. Cars can be picked up and returned after hours. We were upgraded because we wanted an automatic transmission. Kudos to Simon for being so helpful. Highly recommend them!
I frequently rent cars at the Hertz Taunton Station site and have done so for several years now. Whether online or by phone - often calling from the U.S. - the staff is very accommodating throughout the entire process. It's always a pleasant experience.
Hertz Taunton (Taunton Railway Station) provides a great range of cars and high level of service.
