Told me he would fix my car but he needed the circuit diagram and would ring me when he got one.
I phoned him a couple of weeks later and he said he was unable to repair my car because he couldn't locate a circuit diagram anywhere. It took me 3 minutes to locate the circuit diagram on eBay - which I told him. He's never rung back.
