Don’t get caught like me, ordered took payment sent receipt last I heard E-Mails not answered Phone never answered nothing at all, customer service non-existent. should have bought the other Brand
Should be minus one star
I purchased mirror guards from the Malvern show 2 years ago & was very pleased with them, unfortunately, one was damaged in a collision with white van man who veered across the central white line and took our mirror right off. New mirror and guards ordered and delivered, however, the insurance company require a proper invoice, 3 emails and a call to the proprietor and nothing to date I've now reported them to trading standards.
I'm not one to leave negative feedback as I believe in giving the opportunity to fix a problem first which Mirror Guard have had and failed to do so. Its a shame as the product and cup holder tray are good.
The most expensive covers, but when one of mine was damaged they didn't want to know. Replaced with cheaper Milenco and much better. Wouldn't recommend.
Sadly I can't give zero stars, which is all that is deserved. They don't send all items ordered (despite website saying in stock), items then go 'missing' in the post as not sent via a tracked service. They don't answer calls or return messages or reply to e-mails, and don't action refunds...
Great Product sadly let down by the awful customer service. I have been asking for a VAT invoice since the beginning of August, and I am still waiting. I would have left zero stars had the review pane allowed me to continue
