Booked in for my nails at, 11.30. G0t to the salon saw, the, sign to say, wait here to be called. Waited till 11.45 still not been called in. Phoned the salon was, told Katie was, running behind. And did I want to rebook. Well no I don't not really. I sent Katie a, pm on fb and 12 o'clock so that's, half hour afyrr my booking. She said she saw me outside but did not want to call me in as I was on the phone. So she left me, there I said I would come back. She said sorry I just booked someone else in. So that, was so unprofessional. Then had the cheek so ask if I was still going to my massage I booked on sat. Not a chance that, is not the way, to treat, a new client Can't belive you put I did not make myself known. I stood outside for 15 minutes before crossing the road. And there were 2 women looking at me. And as for offering me another, appointment. I asked to come back in and I was told you already booked someone else in my place in the space of coming off the phone. Why would I want to come back. Your reply is nothing what happened. Even Katie said she saw me across the road so please.
