Told to cut off about 1 cm of hair and do a undercut grade on my sons perm. Ignored it graded his hair then cut about 4 cm of hair of the back of his head. Perm gone and totally ruined his hair. Dont use them we told him to stop cutting his hair then he went to cut even more off. So upset and £40 wasted on a perm.
