Shopping fine till paying only one till open, relying on people using self service. These tills were not being cleaned after each use which worried me, so i queued for twenty minutes for the till with an operator that was open. I am disabled using 2 walking sticks, the customer behind me was in a wheelchair. The staff member in charge did not open another till before we both had gone through, and there was only two other customers waiting before she opened another till with an operater. I don't think this is exceptable in current conditions.

Very rude member of staff in there today, not willing to help or find out answers for customer enquiries just says she doednt know and walks off. Quality of products has gone down hill quite a bit over the years think ill give it a miss from now on.

I don't enjoy shopping in this Wilkos anymore. A lot of the staff are still furloughed, whereas other similar stores are much better staffed. Cash payments are discouraged. They have converted some of the tills to self service but most don't use them. The queues to pay are long as a consequence. There is no hand sanitizer by the entrance. Other stores have done much better. I only go in Wilkos now if they have something I can't get in Home bargains.
