AVOID!! Placed an order over the phone, chased up the order the next day and was told order has been received and being processed. 4 days later I chased the delivery and was told by mark the order was written on a piece of paper and wasn't processed. mark rudely says go back on the website and order it again, when I questioned why it wasn't processed mark arrogantly says 'do you want the stuff or not'! I've never experienced such disgusting customer service! Bad staff, unprofessional business.
