I may have problems with the underwriters from time to time but my agent at the Yeovil office is an absolute star! He is always responsive, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for him. Over the years we have made a few claims and they have always been handled quite easily and the payouts have been reasonable. Of course we would like our premiums not to go up each year but in terms of personal service and ease of claiming process I can't actually fault them. Well done Will you are a credit to your company!
