First I admit I should have looked into this website a little more and do not take my word for it u may be wrong. However I am very experienced to know when someone sounds too pressured. He said 'its safe don't worry ' and safe for less experienced people like you.
I have worked and been trained in places to support vulnerable individuals, and why would you rush to make someone feel safe if only just chatting on the phone ? Nothing personal against this employee. I know that fake positive reviews can be created to help a company or what ever this place is to get what ever their goal is. Always follow your gut feeling after research so I'm glad I asked a few key questions. I am safeguarding aware and have a strong team with me too. Hope that the individual I spoke to today gets some mental health or talk therapy support like I received years go and they can be fantastic.
IV been working for nurses group since December 2018. A part time.in January I made the decision to leave my contract hours in a nursing home to join this agency I personally cannot praise the m anoth they are extremely polite . IV always got more than anoth work . Training is very good. . Nurses group treat staff with the utmost respect.
I personally love going to different homes you meet new ppl and build good relationships with in the homes we cover. .
Payments is weekly. And there is. Trainsport from your doorstep..
The Nurses Group have been suppling staff to my Nursing home in Yeovil for the past two year. Within this time, I can honestly say that all there staff have been professional and experts in there delivery of care often at short notice. I have no hesitation in recommending there services.
