If I could give no stars I would. I wanted to buy my son's new trainers which should be simple. The staff were more interested in talking amoungst themselves than serving. Every time I asked a question I got a no answer so he could go back to his mates. He did not try to assist us in any way. We had to interrupt his chatting just to get him to acknowledge us. I would like to say this is a one off ......it's not......avoid.
This shop is alright I think It depends on the people on the shop floor when I went in I spent like £300 and was still followed everywhere by a couple member of staff "straightening the displays" so made it a very uncomfortable experience but when I went to buy a Nike bag and ask the woman at the till how to wear it as I had no idea she showed me how and made me feel happy with my choice 💯

My favourite sport shoes and clothing. The only downside is that is a bit expensive. Great friendly and fast service.
Dont go- covid government guidelines not implemented: staff wearing no mask or half on chin, hand sanitizer empty (despite customers asking for it), store packed and impossible to keep even 1m distance. Other Westgate shops (Lush, Accessories etc.) are doing great. Shame to risk all our health.. many customers left in anger ..
I would just like to say I witnessed absolute rudeness and disgusting behaviour by the staff I was in the store and witnessed them laughing and mocking a young girl if this is the way JD staff behaves I would rather not use the this shop. Also one of the staff mocking I presume that was a manager as she wasn’t in uniform be assured that I will be forwarding this message to your head office
