Flannels

Excellent customer service from Jordan, he was very attentive and took great care. The service was of top class. There were items that I was interested in buying but there were no sizes on the shop floor, he made sure to double check the stockroom for the product in my size. Luckily I was able to buy the items as they were in stock and I left the store very happy with my purchase and with the excellent service I had received.

Got to be by far the worst Flannels I’ve ever been to. The security guard on the door was very rude and shut the door on us as soon as we were about to walk in, as soon as he let us in he didn’t say a word. Was looking around at items and saw 2 of the same item on the sale rail, one at £55 one at £44 therefore I asked if there would be a discount for the one at £44. The woman came straight over and said ‘absolutely not’ so I began to argue that they were the same item. She then carried on arguing back and eventually told us to get out even though I was planning on buying the item if it was in the sale and said ‘we don’t want you here’ as I walked out. Disgusting and rude workers and will never return here.

Disgusting Customer Experience with very uneducated staff! I was in Oxford Yesterday to buy rock studs footwear for my other half and few other items for myself but was refused entry after door man poked me with his walk-in talkie to ask me to wear a face mask I then told him I was medically except and he then questioned me on providing proof. Which I then responded I have no legal obligation to prove my exemption under the government guideline and that refusing me entry and questioning my exemption is discrimination under the disability act but still wouldn’t allow me to enter and gathered his manager to deal with it! The manager herself was rude and ignorant from the get go and was uneducated on the exemptions and wouldn’t allow me to discuss it with her and was under a crazy illusion that it was private property so they could deny me access due to not wearing a mask which I can’t not wear because of medial reasons! But she is wrong the store is offering a public amenity which then does not give it the private property status! I’m very ashamed that other human beings could be so damn degrading to a paying customer who not only myslef but my other half spend a considerable amount of money in flannels and have never had an experience like this from any store! And I will be looking into legal action! And have lost not one but two customers and will be more as word will spread!

By far the worst Flannels I have been in, and I only wish there was a minus scoring system because they'd get it! Staff following you around step for step, wouldn't know how to spell discrete let alone act it. I'm in the shop because I can afford to be, don't think they can say the same! On the radio to each other right in front of me to state my every move in the shop. Stop acting like you own the shop when you can only afford to buy the carrier bag on your minimum wage!

To dark in the shop to see what your looking at, not set out right inside, looks cheap set out but very expensive for the items, more expensive than the main designer..
