Very friendly staff. Great selection of shoes
I came in on quite a busy day and was served by a woman called Gail. I was shocked with how rude she was to both customers and her own staff. She came across as being very pushy and desperate to make a sale to the extent of trying to sell me a pair of damaged shoes at a discounted price. Very disappointing as the rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming it's just unfortunate that their manager is so rude
Great shop, really friendly and helpful staff but very expensive.
WOW I had such great exceptional service on my visit. All the specials were pointed out to me and the shoes were perfect with a perfect price. Shout out to the lady who assisted me with incredible service. I will be shopping there again. And the shoes are so comfortable I use them as work shoes as well.
