This place is ideal for ages 18-40. Has some lovely sports gear that is ideal for the younger person. Its nicely laid out and the staff are really friendly and helpful. If you want some quality goods for sport or just for leisure,this is definitely the place to go.

Useless store all staff just stood about not wearing masks at all and just chatting and swearing with each other. Worst JD store I have ever been in and extremely unprofessional. Hope someone higher up in management actually reads all these comments on here and takes action. There seems to be a common theme. With the current retail situation and stores closing down all the time customer service is key. But obviously not at this store.

I went into JD this evening to look at some trainers. As I approached the trainer area there were 6/7 members is staff, stood together, with their face masks on their chins gossiping and swearing. I was not offered any help baring in mind they were stood in the trainer area with me and other customers, none of us were helped. For members of staff to all be stood together gossiping and swearing has turned me away from this store for a second time. The lady at the door was stood on her phone with her face mask down when I entered the store and left. I completely respect the fact that they’ve probably had a long day and want a laugh, but especially not to be shouting and swearing while there are still customers in the store!!

Asala is very rude to customers. If you are angry don't take it out on the customers and the till pls. No more JD Sports from me and family because its not the first time
