TWO TVS bought and in less than 14 months BOTH BROKEN. Argos wont do nothing for a MECHANICAL FAULT thats not my fault!! Youd think considering theyre quick enough to snatch £400+ they'd last longer. DO NOT BUY TVS FROM ARGOS THEYRE TERRIBLE AND DONT HEL0

Due to distancing, argos are incredibly poor. You cannot collect from the rear, and have to walk all the way round to the front of the store to collect. I had a heavy item and an expensive item that I was refused collection from the back where I was parked, and had to carry these items solo through town and back to the rear of the store. No offer of anything to cover the expensive item that I had to rest on the top and carry through the town center! The staff were extremely rude in the refusal of collecting from the back, it's not heavy enough to warrant! Had I have known this prior to ordering I'd have put my money into another firms pocket!

Glad it's open again. Better than driving to Hankridge. Unfortunately back entrance not open. Also only click and collect only . Not impressed with Sainsbury support of High Street or Argos as a stand alone successful business.

Today's experience is just about bad customer service... been told 4x that I have already collected my order before was verified by manager...ehhh

Brilliant staff in this Argos, which makes all the difference. Linda has been particularly helpful and friendly both times I have visited, well done to her for excellent customer service!
