Sally was very helpful. I’ve ordered over the phone and was even able to pay with the card remotely! I have explained my wishes and delivery details and after received photos. The bouquet was gorgeous, exceeded my expectations. They even delivered it within hours the same day. wonderful! Recommending for sure! Thank you Sally! (Sorry for the recipient info confusion😉)

Had the most incredible experience with Stems. We needed a flower very last minute and Sally-Anne did a fabulous job. So professional, speedy and the flower spray was just so beautiful. Would 100% recommend to all friends and family

I went to my friends funeral at Taunton Crem and there is The BEST Flower Shop there i've ever seen!! OMG :-) Many thanks!! best customer service ive ever had as well.... 10/10+ Take a tip from me... Go and have a look.
