This was the first time I have ever had lashes done so I wasn’t sure what to expect. What a lovely experience from start to finish! A warm welcome and a luxurious but not intimidating beauty room. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout. The results were amazing and completely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Michelle and will now be a regular customer.

Following and awful previous experience of eyelash extensions, I was somewhat hesitant about having a set done. Michelle was recommended to me & I'm so glad she was! From the moment I arrived in the beautifully decorated treatment room, I knew I’d made the right decision. The room is clean, comfortable and homely. Your comfort is well taken care of on the comfy bed with nice warm blanket nice lighting etc. Michelle is very professional and took my medical history and explained the process from start to finish putting my doubts aside. The lashes were applied superbly and honestly felt like my own lashes! They didn’t feel un natural at all and at no point my eyes felt sore. The finish was just as I’d asked for and they lasted so well! Unfortunately I didn’t get back for maintenance due to a family illness but I will have another set done in the future! If you’ve had a bad experience of eyelash extensions then go and see Michelle, A lovely lady who’s got a real talent with lashes. Thank you Michelle

The best lashes I’ve ever had. From the moment you arrive Shelly is the perfect therapist, you are shown into a gorgeous treatment room and made comfortable with a fluffy blanket in case you feel chilly. Shelly’s attention to detail is second to none.. My first lashes were a real challenge, I had previously had an LVL treatment which had destroyed my own lashes to frazzled stumps. Shelly spent ages with me and after 6 sets of lashes my own have recovered and the extensions look amazing: I cannot recommend this lady enough, she is thorough and gentle. If you want lashes that look good and last this is where to go.
