Definitely would not recommend. First time here and they were not welcoming at all. He was extremely heavy handed and made me bleed, there was no apology. This happened an hour ago and my cuticles are still bleeding. They made me feel so anxious that I told them to keep the change as just wanted to get out of there, so I even tipped them for their bad service! Everyone makes mistakes but it’s how you deal with them, I’m more annoyed with how rude they were. (I would add pictures but unfortunately it’s not letting me)
The best nail shop in Coventry city centre. clean, lovely staff, always helpful and gentle with my nails that were damaged by unexperienced technician from other salon. I will definitely go back again.
