The patient is recovering fast and looks quite unaffected by the serious procedure she underwent, so I am most happy and grateful for the expert care. It was also very good to have a post-op conversation about her health and to have additional questions answered.
The one concern would be that the counter-indications of the medication the patient received were not discussed as she has a history of digestive trouble, although possibly for non-medical reasons. Also we lost a cat item at the practice. Overall great service though, thank you very much!
I have had four dogs registered with this practice and they have always put the dog first and not the money. I have been in other vets and the first thing they want to know is your card number and insurance details.
They will go the extra mile to help your pet, which is what you want from a vet.
Yesterday I had a visit and the procedure in place due to Covid-19 was entirely respected, but the consultation went very smoothly. The vet spent time to thoroughly explain the treatments and together decided which one will follow. Very professional! Well done!
Lost a very dear friend tonight. Big Ed our grey and white cat. 16 and a half years young. The lovely lady vet i think she is Portuguese was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for all your help and advice . It's really appreciated
Took my gerbil here. They were so helpful and kind. The vet went above and beyond my expectations, she was very thorough, very informative and kind & gentle in her examination, I immediately felt reassured and confident my boy was in good hands. The pricing is very good, the consolation/examination, a general anaesthesia and two lots of medicines for less than pets at home charged me just to walk through the vets door (who was dismissive towards the gerbil I took there) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VETS AND I cannot thank them enough for treating my boy with same care and respect as a cat or dog.
