Excellent service and staff. Decent selection of tiles and accessories. Four stars because I would have liked a bigger selection of tiles. Everything else was great.
Excellent help from Colin (again!) at the Taunton store. We had a shoddy tiling job done and were left with what appeared to be dirty tiles. After trying to clean them up for some time we approached Colin who advised us that it sounded like a film of grout and adhesive (known as 'tile haze') and normal washing would not remove it. He recommended Topps' 'First Wash' residue remover which did just what is says on the bottle and cleaned up the tiles beautifully.

Second time now I’ve bough tiles from here. Outstanding service and no issues, or even questioning when I’ve returned tiles not used. 100% recommendation from me.
been using this place for few years but wont be again unless am emergency like today. Manager is rude and thinks he is something special no you sell tiles. Was 1 minute later other day and he was stood there doing nothing but wpuldnt let me in then I come back next day and to be petty made me move my car for 1 minute to then have to put it back to load car up! Hlokes a joke go somewhere else
