I recently visited this Kwik Fit and was dealt with by Ash. Before I start, I would like to give a bit of background about why I was there. I have a recurring problem with my vehicle and required a second opinion on the issue, having lost faith with the main dealer. I spoke to the centre, and Ash, two days before I went in and was advised to pop in when I had the opportunity to and they would have a look at it and see if there was anything that they could see. I thought that the centre would take the wheels off and have a look at the brakes, which is where the noise seemed to be emanating from. How wrong I was. Not only did Ash take the wheels off, he also further examined the car, in particular the heat shield, prop shaft, engine mounting and other things. This was not what I was expecting to happen, and was way above what I had thought would happen. After a thorough examination, he could not identify anything that was obviously wrong with the vehicle which could be causing the issue and advised me to speak, again, to BMW and suggested a couple of outcomes. I was incredibly impressed with Ash's attitude, attention to detail and knowledge. The way that he approached the task was nothing short of admirable. He took care to listen to what the issue was, and they set about trying to locate it. All too often, it is the case that some Kwik Fit centres get a reputation for trying to upsell and push things that aren’t required, however Ash is an absolute credit to the centre, the company and himself.

Absolutely delightful service. Was dealt with by Ashley, who was very informative. I don’t know much about cars myself; however, Ashley explained to me fully what work needed to be performed. He was up front and honest about the price, which was a lot less than what I was expecting. Everybody was friendly at the garage and I was made to feel comfortable upon arrival. 10/10 service, would highly recommend!

I have been coming here since I started driving 2 years ago, having always been served by Ashley. I’m exceptionally particular about looking after my car but do not know much about them, Ashley has always explained everything to me fully and advised me for potential upcoming work. Ashley has always gone above and beyond and the work has always been exemplary alongside the service. I would not trust anyone else with my car! I have always found the prices to be reasonable and always a can do attitude with any problems quickly resolved.

Amazing service and the manager couldn’t do enough to help out. I had a puncture not so far away, and sure enough, got me straight in and back in he road. You can’t get better than a Kwikfit fitter 👌🏽
