Great customer service. At very short notice Jake fitted 4 x New Tyres to my car and booked an appointment to have the tracking set up. I turned up 15 minutes before they were due to close, but Jake and the lads had no issue with getting the job done. My tracking was then done the following day at the appointment time. Easily a five star review for five star service. Well done ATS.

Visited ATS Euromaster today to have a tyre fitted. Immediately I was welcomed by an extremely polite and professional employee, Jake. I explained that my tyre was losing about 10 psi everyday and that it had been on the ramp x3 times over last 12 months at ATS Erdington but no problem had been found.
Jake told me he wouldnt fit a tyre until he had diagnosed the problem. Within 5 minutes he had identified the issue ... a cracked wheel. He provided me with photos and recommended somewhere I could get it fixed.
He could have just fitted a tyre and made a sale today but he listened, diagnosed and was the expert in his field. Great ambassador for ATS' core values
Unsure why ATS Erdington failed to diagnose a problem and there is no doubt a training issue here but ATS Lichfield get my vote always
