It was easy to get an urgent appointment for my cat. Clean well run vet group. Covid19 social distancing is fully observed. Vet staff were pleasant and professional. Easy to find parking on those or in the car park at rear. Would recommend to friends and family to take their pets here.
I brought my cat here for her health check. The staff go above and beyond and know so much about types of food good for your pets health. I noticed they had Purina products and my friends cat is on it and so thought I'd try it as the vet also recommended it. My cat is usually fussy about dried cat food. She loves this stuff. I also noticed Wellpets had their Christmas toys in stock for dogs and cats at great prices in comparison to Pets at home. These toys are adorable so I walked out with bags of stuff at discounted prices too because I'm part of their pet health club. Always look forward to our visits!
I’v always found the staff to be extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable and always have the well-being of animals in mind. I always feel at ease and so does my cat who is fond of Roxana the vet in particular! (Always enjoys cuddles with her). Their pet health club plan is a massive saving and I’v not found elsewhere cheaper to in my local area for flea worming and vaccinations. Highly recommend this small friendly effective practice.
