Reference to Erdington Co op branch. Sadly my beautiful expensive flowers died within 2 days. My experience with the manager when returning to the shop was disgraceful. Rude, arrogant, awkward, aggressive, unwilling to help or discuss, manipulative towards staff leaving me feeling at a complete loss. Shocked to say the least at such poor service and inability to accept responsibility of selling poor quality flowers.

For my birthday I was given a beautiful hand tied bouquet of flowers purchased from the Erdington Co op branch. The bouquet consisted of sweet williams, freesias & gypsophila - they looked and smelt lovely. Best of all they lasted c12 days. Would recommend.

Disappointing. Ordered two themes of funeral flowers and paid in full prior to collection. I was called on the day before the funeral to be advised that their delivery of flowers in the colour I had chosen were not expected until after my collection time (shades of lillac). The lady assured me they would look very similar. I insisted on one colour not a mix. On collection the following morning they were nothing like the tear drop shape I had chosen. They were not the colours I had stipulated either they were a mix of white purple and lillac. Very disappointing given the £65 spent. Yes I made my feelings know but too late to go elsewhere given it was the morning of the funeral. This review relates to florist situated in the co op Erdington Birmingham branch not Lichfield as google maps states.

I have spent thousands and thousands of pounds on flowers across the world - I have never seen such beautifully fresh, beautifully arranged and presented flowers as I have here at Fleurtations (co-op) in Lichfield. I would highly recommend this florist for any occasion within the Midlands and even further afield if they can cater. I have to admit the flowers I bought for somebody in Anchorage, Alaska were truly magnificent - but that’s climatic as they have 24 hours of sunlight in the summer period yielding monster sized roses and other flowers 😊 It’s just a terrible shame the Erdington branch reviews have affected the reviews here at the Lichfield branch. As a business process analyst can I recommend teaching some of the better practices, habits and methods used at Lichfield to the branch at Erdington.
