Joke of a cohncil. Corrupt and incompetent.
Had to give a star to write this they don't care, had a letter outlineing my case totally wrong facts in there it has caused me no end of distress but tey don't care at all act like gods there no understanding at all of peoples feelings given misleading information but don't care at least they all have a home of thee own I have ptsd and they have no understanding what so ever at all at all
Shockingly bad service Despite numerous phone calls e-mails and promises someone would call me back still no rubbish bins for a new build house after almost two months.
WHEN U RING CIUNCIL. IT TAKES nearly 1 hour to pick up phone. And be told we very busy of course you are so many complaints about. Jobs not done. By not staff. Problems is they get money for. Doing nothing. Great job here
Have emailed twice and phoned four times over a week and still not had a response to my question. Very frustrating.
