We took a car in for an air con regas. Paid online for it and was told it will be an hour. We walked into town and approx 80 minutes later walked back as we hadn't heard anything. The car was parked to the side so we assumed it had been done. They told us it had a major leak and that was it. No advise how to repair until we asked. They just said if you book it back in they can diagnose it. They could have rang us or spent time looking to give us a quote even if we had to rebook. They ended up getting no money when they could have got more money for a repair too. Not great service and very little confidence in the staff as they didn't seem confident themselves.
