What a a difference 2 years make. Used to be a gem now a complete waste of time literally. Whole day wasted apparently waiting for a delivery, maybe so but no courtesy call back in fact we watched them close up and go home, that was Friday it's now Monday. I'd recommend nipping over the road to National Tyres job sorted in 20 minutes on Saturday morning..

competitive prices and quick service. Always seem to have a good stock of tyre sizes in such that you can get immediate fitting (even on a weekend) rather than having to wait 24 hours - which a lot of the other local places don't seem to be able to manage.

Really bad. Had a puncture in one of my tyres, have run flat tyres so got home and rang them to see if they could look later in the day. Was told yes, asked if they needed to know make of car, type of tyres etc. Was told no and to come at the agreed time and would be sorted. Walked in and was immediately asked what tyres I have and told “we can’t do them as they are run flats”. Explained that I knew this and just wanted a new tyre. Attitude from the two lads behind the desk was bad from the off. Was told the only tyre they had was a premium one as it would be £220. Said yes as I needed it sorting, the lad looked shocked when I said yes, almost like they couldn’t be bothered near the end end of the day and thought I would be put off by the price. When he came to do it. He tried telling me I didn’t have the right type of wheel locking nut for my tyres. I didn’t believe it straight away as I had bought the car new only last year and had all the kit for it. Again, just seemed like doing their job was too much trouble. Told them to forget it and drove round the corner to KwikFit, done in half an hour and at a cheaper cost, they also confirmed I did have the right wheel locking nut and whoever told me I didn’t was talking rubbish. Put simply, terrible customer service and would strongly advise people to avoid this place.

Consistently excellent service over many years, nothing is too much trouble, good advice given, friendly helpful staff, good prices, I keep going back
