Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Wolverhampton North

I found these guys to be excellent. My car insurance company used them to give me a courtesy car while mine was being fixed. They dropped the car off at a time to suit me. it was clean with plenty of fuel in the tank. When I had to return it they were very flexible and worked around my work plans.

I was provided a car from Enterprise via my insurance company, initial collection of car was great, during a stressful time after an rta. The guy I dealt with that day was friendly and helpful, I couldn't have faulted them at that point, but it all ended there! A few weeks into having the car, I was called to say the car I was currently renting had been sold, and it needed taking back asap and they'd swap for another one. The car was swapped for a cosmetically damaged one, which the second guy I dealt with, pointed out and I was happy to sign to confirm so that both myself, and Enterprise were aware of any damage, before I was issued the car. I took the car back a week earlier than planned, and upon arrival, I was approached by some small man in a suit, who then tried to tell me there was damage to the car that hadn't been recorded, I was then asked by the guy that pointed all of the damage out to me when swapping the car the week before if "I had taken any pictures of the car" as he "didn't remember telling me about this particular damage" although he reassured me not to worry previously. The small obnoxious man in the suit shouted over to his colleagues "we are putting a claim in" I felt extremely intimidated being a young woman on my own in a shop with 5 or 4 guys, being blamed for something I knew I had NOT done! I left the branch so anxious and upset. I have since found the email I was sent when signing for the car that actually does state the damage they were questioning, so it makes me think they were trying their luck! Would definitely not recommend and would certainly never use again!!

Website and customer service stipulate the rules yet while trying to pickup the car the manager changes them. The rest of the guys working there were brilliant, accomodating and very helpful.

Very helpful,reliable and friendly staff. The pick up service was a bonus and convenient. I hired a small,automatic car from here which made my visit to the Midlands easy and enjoyable:)

The AA sourced me a hire care through these fabulous bunch of people the car was great I'm exceptionally pleased with the level of service received through enterprise and I'd use them again and also highly recommend enterprise Rent-A-Car especially the cannock Rd Wolverhampton Branch well done guys thank you for your service much appreciated thank you
