When i returned van they tried to scam (their words) me out of a grand to pay for a dent that was on van and had been repaired previously. Do not recommend
Worst enterprise branch ever,avoid at all cost ,after having 25 plus rentals so far this year from other branches ,tried booking with Wolverhampton and they called me to say my postcode check failed it's funny how other branches had no problem.
Then tried to book a premium vehicle which they said I could not have even though iv previously booked premium vehicles with other branches.
If your new going to Wolverhampton save the hassle there are fare more better branches than Wolverhampton like Walsall,tamworth,sheldon who are absolutely fantastic and better skilled and adapt to your needs.
AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HAZARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Staff are always great. Very friendly and welcoming. Always want the best for the customer.
I only dropped my daughter off to collect a car she rented the staff was polite however there is no parking apart from on the path which I don't agree having to do although had no option to do so as its a busy road that it's on.
