Recently bought a corsa off of this dealership. The car had some small and not serious issues. Mitch and James in particular have been great help and have made sure the warranty I received was acted upon, Good customer services, happy with the car so far

If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted this company and explained I liked 2 cars and could I view both and then make my choice. I also said that I wanted to drive a car away if possible that day and was a cash buyer. I spoke to someone called Chris who made me an appointment for 10.30am today. He said he made a Mot appointment for 11.30am also today, so the car I chose could have an MOT and be ready to drive away that day. I was contacted later on in the day yesterday afternoon by Richard who had absolutely no idea of what arrangements Chris had made and he was fully booked. He also told me that one of the cars I wanted to view, someone had put a holding deposit on. If I was given this option when I first called I would have taken it to ensure I could have viewed that car. So I ended up with only one car to view. Richard also said that he was fully booked with appointments so wasn't sure where I would fit in. But told anyway to arrive at 10.30 and someone would see me. I arrived at 10.30 ready for a test drive. The car was not prepared, required fuel and so was waiting 40 mins before I could do a test drive. As the MOT slot was booked for 11.30 to Richard, would I have enough time to do the drive and get back with the car for the MOT test. He casually just says, oh Chris has just said he can't fit you in today now and it will have to be next week for the MOT now. This whole process has been a total shambles. They are totally disorganised and this Chris clearly has messed around people's calendars making promises he can't keep. He made these appointments so we made plans around them. He told me the car would be ready for today to drive away and I needed a car ASAP. It totally knocked my confidence in this company as the communication was beyond poor and customer service was terrible. I'm not going to be messed around like this and then part with nearly 7k. If it is this hard to get a sale I cannot imagine what these people would be like should there be a problem with the car. Avoid this dealer at all costs and take your money somewhere where you actually feel valued.
